Gov Wike arrests 14 persons hidden in trailer conveying cows from the North.
The people are to be tested for coronavirus and prosecuted while the cows and trailer would be auctioned.
Recall that the Governor has placed two major LGAs on total lockdown and had earlier moved around to inspect by himself
During his patrol, he made some arrests and ordered for immediate prosecution of defaulters
