BANDITS AMBUSH NIGERIAN SOLDIERS IN JIBIA LG KATSINA LEAVING 3 OFFICERS, 13 SOLDIERS DEAD 28 OTHERS WOUNDED, SEE GORY PICS

Bandits ambushed Nigerian soldiers in Jibia Local Government of Katsina State yesterday leaving 3 officer, a Major, a, Captain and a Lieutenant killed while 13 other soldiers were killed. In the same.ambush, 28 soldiers were said to have been wounded in action.

The troops were said to have been advancing on foot when bandits engaged them from the hill. They were said to have been advancing on notorious Bandits leader’s camp Dangote at Shimfida in Jibia Local Government area of the State.

Bandits have been waging wars against Nigeria’s North west states of Katsina Zamfara  for some time now and despite the self  acclaimed victories of the Nigerian military, they have continued to have a field day.
