H. R 5808 – NIGERIA RELIGIOUS FREEDOM ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2025 , 119TH CONGRESS (2025).
For many who are ‘Doubting Thomas’, including the onlookers and the so called protagonists of President Bola Ahmed (who are mostly my kinsmen and kinswomen) that are saying the words of President Donald J Trump of United States Of America to come to Nigeria and get rid of undesirable elements (terrorists), weed out their sponsors; retrain and retool members of Nigeria Armed Forces, are empty rhetorics and just a threat. I am putting you on notice that the plans to follow through on the designation of Nigeria as a “Country Of Particular Concern” is already enscapulated under an act of parliament waiting for a timeline of 10 days that the president of United States may implement the underlines policy statements.
Emphatically, H.R 5808 – Nigeria Religious Freedom Accountability Act Of 2025 119th Congress (2025) is not a ruse.
It should be noted that once a bill becomes an act of parliament, it is already the law of the land waiting for the executive arms of government to implement it. An act of parliament is the final stage of a bill that scale through the process of passing a bill into law, including the introduction of the bill in the house of parliament, first reading, second reading, committee stage, third reading and congressional votes.
It is imperative to say that the Nigerian Foreign Affairs Department in Abuja is fully aware of this resolution that United States of America under the leadership of President Donald J Trump will work with Nigeria government to sanitize our security system.
Suffice it to say, America is coming for all the perpetrators of terrorism and genocides in Nigeria.
