ABUJA HOSTS 1ST ANNUAL LANDMARK SPORTS PROMOTIONS TABLE TENNIS.
The 1st Annual Landmark Sports Table Tennis Tournament was held at Compass Resort, Efab Estate, Life Camp Abuja on 30th January, 2021.
The event was nothing short of spectacular as the players showcased immense talents and skills.
The tournament was powered by Village Suya Ventures Ltd, Landmark Sports Promotions Ltd, Self Help Development Facilitators(SEDFA), UNIT 34 Brothers and Abujareporters as media partner.
According to Mr. Chinedu Amadi, Executive VP of Landmark Sports and Entertainment Promotions LTD who collaborated with Kingsley Emmanuel aka LIONN, the tournament was put together to identify, engage and empower talented youths and create more awareness for Table Tennis within Efab Estate, Life Camp and FCT Abuja at large.
Cash prizes were won by the 1st and 2nd place winners while all other participants received branded sports wears coupled with delicious dinner at Compass Resort sponsored by the host.
Sunny B, CEO of Hilltop Garden, Efab Estate was the Special Guest of Honour.
The events was indeed a welcome development for youth development and empowerment within Life Camp according to the partners and they also pledged to keep supporting the tournament to ensure that the initiative remains sustainable and eventually replicated in other regions in the FCT.
To them, packaging the event was not just to serve as their own way of giving back to the society. It is hoped that talents would be uncovered through the annual programme while also helping both the young and the enthusiastic to shape up.
