It is getting really messy for over 500 supporters of Abdulazeez Yari most of who came in from Zamafara State to show solidarity for his ambition to become the President of the 10th Senate. As shown in the video below the senator simply locked out all of them including marabouts who are believed to have been hired to ensure that the dream of becoming the nation’s number Three man came true.
Most of them have been in his Maitama Abuja house for the past few days, living on him and to a large extent, disturbing the peace of Yedseram Street as well as Owena Street in Maitama where the house is located. Blaring music at odd hours, littering the streets and frontage of others’ homes with excreta as well as urine, they lived large with over 72 cars annoyingly inconveniencing others in the neighborhood.
Obviously, the Senator had had enough and with his failure in the chamber today, he felt he could no longer tolerate them.
Sources gathered that the Inspector General of Police who live close by had a hectic time driving to his house at the close of work this evening. The videos below vividly depict the crisis created by the crowd and unless security agents move in, homeless and helpless as they are, they could resort to any other means to eke out meals before finding their way back to Zamfara.
