APC HAS NO CONSENSUS CANDIDATE
Our attention has been drawn to a newspaper publication, The Punch of Monday, 14th May 2018 which purportedly stated that a consensus candidate has emerged as the next National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC. This information in its entirety is untrue but a figment of imagination of the writer and can not stand the test of time. We would like to set the record straight that on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at the campaign headquarters of Chief Ibrahim Emokpaire in Abuja declared his intention to join the race for the National Chairmanship of APC. THAT POSITION HAS NOT CHANGED! Chief Emokpaire Ibrahim implores all his followers and delegates to the forthcoming national convention of the party to disregard this publication and remain steadfast in their conviction that a new era of transparent leadership, visionary and all inclusive regime beckons. Emokpaire was the former Chairman of Action Congress of Nigeria, UK Chapter that prepared the ground for its transformayion to the All Progressives Congress, APC; and has continued to be a loyal and active party member till date. He is the founder and grand patron of the Progressives Solidarity Forum, a skilled manager of men and vastly travelled as well as respected in global politics. As part of his new vision for the party, Emokpaire has promised to invigorate the party structure in tune with the 21st century ICT compliance. He has also vowed to run an all inclusive administration that would embrace the youth and empower people living with disability. An educationist par excellence who acquired his education in the United Kingdom with Post Graduate Qualifications in Management and Education. He is the President of Baron School of Management and Technology, Kano as well as the President of Eiran School of Technology, Ireland. Emokpaire is a detribalized Nigerian who has brought his vast experience in human and resource management to reposition the All Progressives Congress, APC.
