The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has sacked former Benue State Governor, Gabriel Suswan as Senator.
The Court on Wednesday declared Suswam, the Peoples Democratic Party candidate was not the valid winner of the senatorial election that held in Benue North East on February 25.
