The President of Angola-Nigeria Business Council, Princess Fifi Ekanem Ejindu has bagged a symbolic recognition from the government of the Republic of Angola on the occasion of the country’s 50th Independence Anniversary Celebration.
According to the Instrument of Commendation, she was honoured for her ‘Tireless Efforts, Dedication, Continued Support and Unmatched Commitment’ towards the growth of the relationship between Nigeria and Angola.
Recall that the Angola-Nigeria Business Council was inaugurated two years ago and also the First Interactive Diplomatic Forum took place in Abuja. The aim was to consolidate on the budding business relationship between the two African countries who share so many things in common but before then, only operated from a position of competition.
Over the last two years however, there is no doubt that under her leadership, the Business Council has enhanced more engagements between businesses and businessmen and women in the two countries than all the previous years put together.
Architect Princess Fifi Ejindu has indeed carved a niche for herself with her thoroughness and her diligence in Nigeria’s business circles and indeed around the world, with interests in the oil and gas sector, real estate as well as manufacturing.
Princess FIFI Ejindu has the honour of being the first black African woman to graduate with a B.Arch from the prestigious Pratt Institute School of Architecture, exemplifies the boundless potential of African entrepreneurship.
The great-granddaughter of King James Ekpo Bassey of Cobham Town in Calabar, Cross Rivers State, is also a style icon. She is often described as a ‘restless soul driven by an ambition to rule her world’. Beyond her rising profile in business and the significant strides she has made on the global stage, Princess Fifi Ejindu is also well known for her humanitarian efforts.
