An order of Interim Injunction restraining the Defendant/Respondent from removing, replacing, or in any manner tampering with the name of EYITAYO JEGEDE, SAN, as the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the forth coming Ondo State governorship election.
The order was given this morning by a High Court in Akure ONDO state
