Buhari has approved the redeployment of three Permanent Secretaries.
Arabi, Jalal Ahmed who was until now at the State House has been redeployed to the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development.

He is replaced by Tijjani Idris Umar who was formerly in the Humanitarian Affairs Ministry. Another movement was that of Sabiu Zakari who moved from Transportation to Defence Ministry.
In a release signed by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Folasade Esan, she directed that the most senior Director in the Transportation Ministry should act in the capacity of the Permanent Secretary until a substantive one is appointed.
