Sunday Aborisade,  Abuja President of the Senate,  Ahmad Lawan on Thursday swore-in a  former governor of Imo State,  Rochas Okorocha, as a senator. Okorocha was not inaugurated on Tuesday because he had yet to collect his certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission. A high court sitting in Imo state has directed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) not to issue certificate of return to Rochas Okorocha as senator-elect for Imo west senatorial district.
