The former Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, Joi Nunieh, is currently at the investigating hearing of the House of Representatives Committee on Niger Delta Affairs investigating mismanagement of funds.
Though she is not physically present at the event, sources gathered she is attending the event through Zoom.

The former MD was scheduled to appear before the committee on Thursday but had her house in Port Harcourt surrounded by the Police and it took the intervention of Governor Nyesom Wike for him to leave the house.
The Governor had to personally come down to the house and take her out.
