Dear FCT Minister @GovWike & Senator @IretiKingibe

We visited Junior Secondary School Kilankwa 2 in Kwali Area Council, Abuja, and what we saw was horrible.

The building is a death trap cracked walls, weak structural beams danger looms over students and teachers every day.

Despite this, kids are still learning here. The government hasn’t demolished or rebuilt the structure, seemingly waiting for disaster to strike before acting. That’s unacceptable.

Meanwhile, FCT Minister Nyesom Wike recently claimed, “We’ve renovated and furnished over 60 schools in the FCT so far”  . If that’s true, why has Kilankwa 2 been left out?

This stark contrast highlights misplaced priorities. Billions are going into glossy projects, yet one of our own schools  where our children learn is sidelined. It’s shameful.

We call on @GovWike, @OfficialFCTA and @NigEducation to explain: Where are these 60 schools? Why isn’t Kilankwa 2 included? Lives should come before optics and children deserve better.
