HOW AMAJU PINNICK-LED NFF BLEW 10MILLION DOLLAR FIFA MONEY FOR NIGERIA, DELTA STADIUM SCHEDULED FOR COMPLETION IN 6 MONTHS IN 2020 ABANDONED

The NFF agreed to build stadiums in Ugborodu, Delta State and Birin Kebbi, Kebbi, budgeting $2.4M @ $1.2M for each.

This is the stadium NFF built for $1.2M in Birin Kebbi by the Amaju Pinnick led administration.

Development allegedly stopped at a point due to reported “lack of funds”.

The proposed Ugborodu stadium in Delta, Amaju Pinnick’s State, was never built. Amaju said it was going to ready by March 2021, it was abandoned.

In the final report to FIFA, NFF reported that it spent the $10M as thus:

• Infrastructure – $2.6M
• National Teams – $2.3M
• Administration and Governance – $1.9M
• Women’s Football – $700k
• Uncategorised Competitions – $200k
• Equipment – $200k
• Others Capacity Development – $100k.
