HOW DONALD TRUMP REFUSED FIFA PRESIDENT’S PLEA TO LEAVE FOR CHELSEA FC TO LIFT THE CLUB WORLD CUP

Donald Trump found himself front and centre of Chelsea’s Club World Cup trophy lift after ignoring FIFA boss Gianni Infantino.
The US President was on duty to hand out the medals to Chelsea and PSG players as well as the officials following the Blues’ 3-0 win.
Trump was also tasked with delivering the trophy to Chelsea captain Reece James so the celebrations could begin.
However, James was delayed in lifting the trophy as he looked perplexed in the direction of Trump, who had stayed beside the England international.
After seemingly being told by Infantino to leave the group of Chelsea players so they could lift the trophy without the 79-year-old, Trump ignored the FIFA president and remained front and centre of the celebrations.
