A man identified as Mr Sunday Emmanuel was stripped totally unclad as he was given an oath at the market square in Okrika community in Rivers state. According to reports, he was accused of killing a woman through spiritual means – hence he was paraded unclad and made to swear to his innocence before a baying crowd including children, in a trending footage posted online.
