One Haruna Magaji of the Limawa Ward in Minna, Niger State, has been sentenced to five years imprisonment without an option of fine by a Chief Magistrates’ Court for allegedly sodomising a minor.

According to the Police First Information Report, one Suleiman Ibrahim of the Limawa Ward reported to the police at ‘A’ Division, Minna, that he was in his house when he heard the victim’s cry for help.
