Senator Ned Nwoko has finally reacted to the viral video of his wife, Regina Daniels, appearing in tears and alleging domestic violence, claiming instead that the actress is battling drug and alcohol abuse.
The billionaire politician made the revelation in a statement shared on his official page titled “Regina’s Unprovoked Carnage and Rampage in My House and in My Absence.”
According to him, Regina’s recent behavior has been influenced by substance abuse, which, he said, has caused chaos in their home. Nwoko alleged that the actress attacked three of his domestic staff within 48 hours and destroyed property, including cars and windows, before storming out of the house.
He denied ever being violent toward her, insisting that he has multiple wives and none has ever accused him of assault.
In his words:
“Regina was not always like this. Her current battle with drugs and alcohol abuse is the root of our problem. She must continue her rehabilitation program, or I fear for her life and safety. Now she has moved to a place where she will have unrestricted access to drugs. I have other wives, and none will ever accuse me of violence.”
The Delta North senator also claimed that he had made arrangements for her to undergo rehabilitation, either in Asokoro or abroad, particularly in Jordan, to help her overcome her alleged addiction.
He further alleged that Regina physically assaulted their resident nurse and threatened to kill her for exposing her drug habits.
“A clear-headed Regina would have taken Moon to the hospital, but instead she even threatened to kill our resident nurse (for exposing her drug abuse). While I took Moon to the hospital, a scene of chaos unfolded at home, orchestrated by Sammy, Regina’s main drug supplier. Another known supplier of drugs to Regina is the tiny evil devil called Ann,” Nwoko wrote.

His statement comes barely 24 hours after a disturbing video of Regina crying went viral on social media, sparking widespread concern and prompting fans to call for her safety.
As of the time of filing this report, Regina Daniels has not issued any public response to her husband’s allegations.
The development has continued to stir mixed reactions online, with many expressing shock over Nwoko’s claims, while others are calling for caution until the actress shares her side of the story.
