In an official statement titled “Regina’s Unprovoked Carnage and Rampage in My House and in My Absence,” Nwoko dismissed all allegations of domestic violence, claiming instead that Regina’s drug and alcohol abuse is the real cause of the ongoing crisis in their home.

“Regina was not always like this. Her current battle with drugs and alcohol abuse is the root of our problem,”
Nwoko stated. “She must continue her rehabilitation program, or I fear for her life and safety. Now she has moved to a place where she will have unrestricted access to drugs.”
Nwoko also alleged that Regina has become violent, claiming she recently slapped and assaulted three staff members, destroyed property including cars and windows, and even threatened their resident nurse.
To back his claims, the senator shared a video showing the shattered windows and damage allegedly caused by Regina during one of her reported outbursts.
“I have other wives, and none will ever accuse me of violence. Regina is the violent one here,”
he said. “A clear-headed Regina would have taken Moon to the hospital, but instead she threatened to kill our resident nurse for exposing her drug abuse.”The senator further accused two individuals — identified as Sammy and Ann — of being Regina’s main drug suppliers, alleging that one of them “orchestrated a scene of chaos” while he was away taking their son, Moon, to the hospital.
Nwoko revealed he had set a rehabilitation condition for Regina, insisting she continue her therapy either in Asokoro or outside Nigeria, preferably in Jordan, where she would have no access to drugs.
