Read their revelations below :
I married my wife, Emelia, in 2002—before all the fame. It’s been 23 years now, and I always say she’s the real boss at home. Her strength, patience, and support keep our family together.
Even with the kind of roles I play in movies, she understands the job and never lets it get between us. We have three beautiful children, and I protect their privacy just like she protects our peace. She’s my anchor. Without her, I wouldn’t be the man people see today.
— Ramsey Nuah
When I got married 22 years ago, I was just a young man chasing fame and trying to make sense of the fast-moving world of acting. I had no idea how tough it would be to juggle the lights of Nollywood and the quiet responsibilities of home. But through all of that noise, my wife became my peace. She held me steady when I was losing myself in the spotlight, and she reminded me of who I really was.
It hasn’t always been perfect. We’ve argued, made mistakes, and gone through seasons where we felt lost. But we never gave up. We made a choice to talk, to forgive quickly, and to keep putting our love first—every single time. We learnt that love isn’t just about the happy moments, but the heavy ones too.
This journey hasn’t been a fairy tale, but it’s been real. And I’ll take real love over perfect stories any day. Because 22 years later, we’re still standing, still growing, and still choosing each other.
— Desmond Elliot
