Lieutenant General Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma (rtd) said yesterday that the northern part of the country is far behind in education and urged the private sector and individuals to set up secondary schools and universities in the region. He was speaking as the special guest.
Danjuma, who spoke in Abuja, said taking care of education perpetually takes care of every other sector.
He commended the founder of Baze, and urged him not to relent in his endeavours.
He urged the graduating students to approach the new world with brevity and wisdom.
