All things being equal, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is set to declare his interest in 2023 Presidency tomorrow. Reliable sources in the Villa confided in Abuja Reporters that the Vice President who has served in that capacity for seven years now is set to throw in his cap to succeed his principal, Muhammadu Buhari having made wide consultations.
There have been speculations over his intention to contest given the fact that the man who nominated him for his current post, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has also indicated interest in contesting for the Presidency.
Tinubu has been traversing the whole country, trying to rally support for his candidature. Only a few days ago he received in audience former Speaker of House a Representatives as well as a delegation from Bauchi APC who had come to pledge their support to his dream.
