The Borno Government has donated N16.5 million to families of the 21 oil workers and 12 members of the Civilian Joint Task Force killed by Boko Haram in the state. The state Commissioner for Local Government and Emirate Affairs, Alhaji Usman Zanna, disclosed this on Friday in Maiduguri.
