Some men, suspected to be thieves, burgled a restaurant at Paso community, Gwagwalada Area Council, and stole pot of soup and half bag of rice.
A resident of the community, who identified himself as Daniel, said that the incident happened last Friday night after the woman who operated a restaurant had closed and went home.

“On Saturday morning when she went to open her restaurant, she discovered that the soup and a half bag of rice were missing, and she said she locked everywhere before she left, “he said.
Our reporter gathered that a similar incident happened two weeks ago, at Old Kutunku village, where a middle-aged man was mobbed for allegedly stealing food in a restaurant.
When contacted, the Gwagwalada Divisional Police Crime Officer (DCO), Mr Philip K. Dogo, could not be reached for his comments, while a police officer said that nobody reported the incident at the station.
