2Face Annie Idibia marriage has taken a dramatic turn, as legendary Nigerian musician Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2Face or 2Baba, has revealed troubling details about his time with estranged wife Annie Macaulay.In a preview of the upcoming episode of the +234 Mzansi Podcast, co-hosted by Nigerian comedians Nedu and Acapella alongside South African media figure Kifilwe, the African Queen hitmaker opened up about his painful experience.
“This thing wey dem call ‘living in bondage’ is real. There were some people who were ready to kill me,” 2Face said, hinting at the mental and physical toll his marital struggles took on him.
The couple, who tied the knot in May 2012, share two daughters—Isabella and Olivia—but have endured years of publicised ups and downs.
