TWO MEN PLEAD GUILTY OVER POSSESSION OF HUMAN HEAD FOR RITUAL

Two suspects arrested by men of the Oyo State Police Command in connection with alleged possession of human head meant to be used for money rituals, were Tuesday arraigned before an Oyo State Magistrate Court, sitting at Iyaganku, Ibadan.

The suspects, Saheed Adeyemi ( 33), an herbalist, and Michael Edemba (60) his customer, who wanted to engage in money ritual to ease his financial difficulty were on February 1, 2017 arrested by men of the Omi-Adio police division at 5:30pm.
They were arraigned before Magistrate  R.A. Ebeloku-Mustapha, where the Prosecuting Police Officer, Mr. Ken Brasana, preferred a two-count charge of conspiracy and unlawful possession of human skull against them.
The two suspects, however, pleaded guilty to the two-count charge preferred against them.
