FAAN BEGINS REHABILITATION WORK ON ENUGU AIRPORT

  The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria has commenced the rehabilitation of the runway at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu. Mrs Henrietta Yakubu, General Manager, Corporate Affairs, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, confirmed the development to News Agency of Nigeria in Lagos State on Sunday. AVIATION MINISTER SETS DATE FOR REOPENING OF ENUGU AIRPORT

The Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, has said that the Akanu Ibiam Airport, Enugu, will be opened for local and international commercial flights before Christmas.
